Our rates and conditions:

• rates include bed and bath linen and their weekly change, final cleaning, and VAT
• rates do not include the € 1 tourist tax per day per person applicable 1/5 – 30/9
• rates may change any time
• a deposit will be asked for at time of booking, payable by credit card (VISA or MASTER CARD) or by bank transfer
• we would like to recommend you take out travel insurance to cover you in the event of cancellation
• the balance will be asked for upon arrival, and can be paid by credit card, or in cash provided the amount does not exceed €3000
• a damage deposit is required on arrival and returned on departure
• minimum stay depending on rental home and season

We will welcome you and give you the keys to the apartment on your arrival, and will provide you with information to help make your stay a happy one. We will hand you over a digital guide about Puglia and Salento, as well as tell you our favorite restaurants and preferred beaches. We will be available should you require assistance during your stay.
