Our rates and conditions (2025):
- Rates include bed and bath linen and their weekly change, final cleaning, and VAT
- Rates do not include the € 1 tourist tax per day per person applicable 1/5 – 30/9
- A deposit of 50% of the booking will be asked for at time of booking, payable by credit card (VISA or MASTER CARD) or by bank transfer
- We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover you in the event of cancellation
- The balance will be asked for upon arrival, and can be paid by credit card, or in cash provided the amount does not exceed €3000
- A damage deposit is required on arrival and returned on departure, either in cash or a pre-authorization on your credit card
- There is a minimum stay depending on accommodation and season. A supplement may be asked for stays shorter than 7 days
- Rates may change during the season
Daily rates
- The off-peak season extends from January 16 to March 31 and from November 1 to December 20.
- The mid season extends from December 20 to January 15, from April 1 to June 30, and from September 1 to October 31.
- The high season extends from July 1 to August 31.
- You benefit from a 10% discount for a stay of one week or more.
