Renovating the apartment, we respected the traditions of Salento and took great care to reveal the building’s original architectural features. Antique and contemporary decorations and furnishings perfectly blend into the classic design of the house.

The living and dining rooms are crowned with vaulted ceilings typical of Salento, as is the master bedroom. Enjoy the convenience of two fully equipped kitchens, including one on the terrace level with a lovely shaded area —perfect for preparing and sharing local dishes in the open air.

South-facing terraces with magnificent views

A very special feature of this apartment are the four south-facing terraces with a view across the old town of Nardò. One of the terraces is partially covered, has a fan and a fully equipped summer kitchen, so you can dine al-fresco in the shade. All terraces have sunbeds as well as tables and chairs and for the adventurous: even a barbeque is ready for your use.

Where are we located?

You find us in Nardò, a charming town near Lecce in southern Puglia, Italy. Our properties are all situated in the heart of the historic old town, just a minute’s walk from Piazza Salandra, the stunning baroque central square, and the Nardò Castle, which features a beautiful botanical garden.

How do we get there ?

Reaching us is easy! You can travel by plane, train, or car. If you’re driving, it’s approximately 45 minutes from Brindisi Airport and about 1 hour and 45 minutes from Bari Airport. Our boutique places in the old town are just 3 miles (5 km) from the highway exit.

How far is it to the closest beach?

You’ll find sandy beaches just 8 miles (12 km) away, and the rocky coastline at Parco di Porto Selvaggio is only 5 miles (8 km) from us. Also, Nardò’s own sandy town beaches, Santa Maria al Bagno and Santa Caterina, complete with bars and restaurants, are only 5 miles (8 km) away.

Is parking available?

We are located in the old town, which is a limited traffic zone, allowing access only on your arrival and departure days. However, you can park just 250 to 350 meters (approximately 820 to 1,150 feet) from the properties, and we will guide you to the most convenient parking options.

Is medical assistance readily available?

Yes, both public and private healthcare services are accessible. You can find private clinics and public hospitals in Lecce, Galatina, Gallipoli, and Copertino, all within a 16-mile radius, with the nearest A&E units in Gallipoli and Copertino. Besides, there are private practices in Nardò and an ambulatory care facility.

Are there restaurants and bars nearby?

Do you provide beach towels?

Yes, we do provide beach towels and a beach umbrella.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

All kitchens are fully equipped with cutlery, pots, pans, and utensils and offer either a 3- or 5-ring gas or electric hob, an oven or microwave, fridge/freezer, mixer, dishwasher (except La Botte!), espresso maker, and kettle.

Is there a safe?

For your convenience, each accommodation is equipped with a safe. Besides, in all properties there is a fire extinguisher, a CO2 detector, and a gas detector (where relevant).

Are you taking any actions to address CO2 impact and climate change?

We utilize certified green electricity and generate hot water using solar panels.

We are proud to significantly offset our CO2 emissions by having adopted 40 olive trees through the Olivami non-profit association, which is dedicated to reforesting Salento.

What is your cancellation policy?

In the event of cancellation of the booking on your part within 45 days of the date of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation more than 45 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be returned. We recommend that our customers take out travel insurance.
