Rates & Availability
Rates & Conditions Deposit, tourist tax, cancellation and house rules
- Rates include bed and bath linen and their weekly change, final cleaning, and VAT
- Rates do not include the € 2 tourist tax per day per person applicable throughout the year
- A deposit of 50% of the rental fee will be asked for at the time of booking, payable by credit card (VISA or MASTER CARD) or by bank transfer
- We recommend you take out travel insurance so you are covered in the event of a cancellation
- The balance of your rental fee will be asked for upon arrival and can be paid by credit card, or in cash provided the amount does not exceed €3000
- A damage deposit is required on arrival, either in cash or via a pre-authorization on your credit card. The deposit will be returned when you depart
- There is a minimum stay depending on accommodation and season. A supplement may be asked for stays shorter than 7 days
- All properties are fully private
- Pets are allowed upon prior request
- All interior areas are non-smoking
