Historic Apulian house adjacent to the Nardò theater

Named “Teatro” because of its proximity to the Teatro Comunale in Nardò, this charming house is very close to Nardò’s Piazza Salandra, and has magnificent terraces overlooking the old town centre.

One of the spacious bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom is on the ground floor.

The second bedroom with en-suite bathroom is on the first floor, where you also find a spacious and bright living/dining room. This opens onto a French terrace and overlooks a lovely little street, typical of Nardò’s Baroque town centre. The kitchen is also situated on this floor.

On the second floor, a stunning roof terrace invites you to sunbathe, star-gaze, relax, or prepare dinner, as this terrace is equipped with a cooking area (gas hob and sink. A pergola allows you to enjoy al fresco dining in the shade. The outdoor shower completes this space with the most amazing view over Nardò’s old town centre.

You find us in Nardò, a charming town near Lecce in southern Puglia, Italy. Our properties are all situated in the heart of the historic old town, just a minute’s walk from Piazza Salandra, the stunning baroque central square, and the Nardò Castle, which features a beautiful botanical garden.

How do we get there ?

Reaching us is easy! You can travel by plane, train, or car. If you’re driving, it’s approximately 45 minutes from Brindisi Airport and about 1 hour and 45 minutes from Bari Airport. Our boutique places in the old town are just 3 miles (5 km) from the highway exit.

How far is it to the closest beach?

You’ll find sandy beaches just 8 miles (12 km) away, and the rocky coastline at Parco di Porto Selvaggio is only 5 miles (8 km) from us. Also, Nardò’s own sandy town beaches, Santa Maria al Bagno and Santa Caterina, complete with bars and restaurants, are only 5 miles (8 km) away.

Is parking available?

We are located in the old town, which is a limited traffic zone, allowing access only on your arrival and departure days. However, you can park just 250 to 350 meters (approximately 820 to 1,150 feet) from the properties, and we will guide you to the most convenient parking options.

Is medical assistance readily available?

Yes, both public and private healthcare services are accessible. You can find private clinics and public hospitals in Lecce, Galatina, Gallipoli, and Copertino, all within a 16-mile radius, with the nearest A&E units in Gallipoli and Copertino. Besides, there are private practices in Nardò and an ambulatory care facility.

Yes, we do provide beach towels and a beach umbrella.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

All kitchens are fully equipped with cutlery, pots, pans, and utensils and offer either a 3- or 5-ring gas or electric hob, an oven or microwave, fridge/freezer, mixer, dishwasher (except La Botte!), espresso maker, and kettle.

Is there a safe?

For your convenience, each accommodation is equipped with a safe. Besides, in all properties there is a fire extinguisher, a CO2 detector, and a gas detector (where relevant).

Are you taking any actions to address CO2 impact and climate change?

We utilize certified green electricity and generate hot water using solar panels.

We are proud to significantly offset our CO2 emissions by having adopted 40 olive trees through the Olivami non-profit association, which is dedicated to reforesting Salento.

What is your cancellation policy?

In the event of cancellation of the booking on your part within 45 days of the date of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation more than 45 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be returned. We recommend that our customers take out travel insurance.
