Brindisi offers the easiest access to Salento (<a title=\"Aeroporti du Puglia Brindisi\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aeroportidipuglia.it\/homepagebrindisi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.aeroportidipuglia.it<\/a>), the southern part of Puglia, and is closest to Nard\u00f2.\u00a0It\u2019s a 50 mile drive to Nard\u00f2, which takes less than an hour, compared with a 130 mile drive, of two hours length, from Bari airport (<a title=\"Aeroporti du Puglia Bari\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aeroportidipuglia.it\/homepagebari\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.aeroportidipuglia.it<\/a>).<\/p>\n<h3>Some non-stop flights to Brindisi and Bari:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>From <strong>Germany<\/strong>, Ryanair has nons-stop flights from <em>Berlin<\/em> and <em>D\u00fcsseldorf<\/em> to Bari, Lufthansa and Transavia\/Air Dolimiti have a non-stop flight from <em>Munich<\/em> to Bari, TUIFly has a non-stop flight from <em>Stuttgart<\/em> to Brindisi, Germanwings has non-stop flights from <em>Stuttgart<\/em> to Bari and from <em>Cologne<\/em> to Brindisi<\/li>\n<li>From <strong>Great Britain<\/strong>, Ryanair has non-stop flights from <em>London Stansted<\/em> and <em>Manchester<\/em> to Brindisi or Bari<\/li>\n<li>From <strong>Belgium<\/strong>, Ryanair has non-stop flights From <em>Brussels-Charleroi <\/em>to Brindisi and Bari<\/li>\n<li>From <strong>Spain<\/strong>, Vueling and Iberia have non-stop flights from <em>Barcelona,<\/em> Volotea has non-stop flights in summer from some islands<\/li>\n<li>From <strong>Greece<\/strong>, Aegean Airlines has a non-stop flight from Athens to Bari, and Volotea has some directs flights from the Greek islands<\/li>\n<li>From <strong>the Netherlands<\/strong>, Transavia has a non-stop flight from <em>Amsterdam, <\/em>Ryanair has a non-stop flight from <em>Eindhoven<\/em><\/li>\n<li>From <strong>France<\/strong>, Ryanair has non-stop flights from <em>Paris-Beauvais<\/em> to Bari and Brindisi<\/li>\n<li>From <strong>Switzerland<\/strong>, Easyjet has non-stop flights from <em>Basel<\/em> and <em>Geneva<\/em> to Brindisi, Alitalia has a non-stop flight from <em>Geneva<\/em> to Brindisi, and Air Berlin has a non-stop flight from <em>Zurich<\/em> to Brindisi, Ryanair has a non-stop flight from <em>Zurich<\/em> to Bari<\/li>\n<li>From some <strong>Eastern Europe<\/strong> countries, Wizzair has non-stop flights to Bari from Bucharest, Budapest, Cluj-Napoca, Katowice, Prague, Sofia, Timosoara, Vilnius and Warsaw Chopin<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>If you\u2019re already in Italy<\/strong> you can fly to Brindisi from\u00a0Bologna, Milano, Pisa, Genova, Rome, Torino, Venice or\u00a0Verona.\u00a0<strong>Check flights with\u00a0Alitalia, Ryanair and\u00a0Volotea<\/strong>. Or might take a\u00a0train to\u00a0Lecce.<\/p>\n<p>If you prefer not to rent a car, you might also check regional bus lines on:\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.aeroportidipuglia.it\/bus-pugliairbus-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.pugliairbus.aeroportidipuglia.it.<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>How to get there by car:<\/h3>\n<p>You\u2019ll find the best deals for car hire at: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoeurope.co.uk\/index.cfm?c=4877\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.auto-europe.co.uk<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0\u00a0<a title=\"Car rentals\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rentalcars.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.rentalcars.com<\/a>. Pick-ups and drop-offs are available at both Bari and Brindisi airports or in the centre of Lecce.<\/p>\n<p><strong>From Brindisi airport<\/strong>, follow the signs towards Brindisi\/Lecce and take the SS613 (fast road) heading south to Lecce. When you reach the Lecce ring road, look for the signs to Gallipoli. Further on, take the exit for Nard\u00f2 (zona industriale). Continue forward into Nard\u00f2 until you reach the second set of traffic lights, where you\u2019ll see a small ornate pavilion shaped monument. The center being partially car free, park you car outside the old town. From the lights go straight on by foo\u00a0and you will find yourself in the old town centre of Nard\u00f2, at max 300 meters of the apartments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>From Bari airport<\/strong>, follow the signs to the motorway and take the direction Bari\/Brindisi. After about an hour, you will reach the Brindisi ring roads, then follow the route above (from Brindisi).<\/p>\n<h3>How to get there by train:<\/h3>\n<p>Lecce railway station is the last stop on the national network. Ferrovia Sud Est is the network that serves Salento and you\u2019ll find their ticket office on platform 1 of Lecce station, or consult their website at: <a title=\"fse online\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fseonline.it\/index.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.fseonline.it<\/a>\u00a0 for timetables and destinations. Their service operates from Monday to Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">So this is how to get there, fairly simple.
